  Uber luxury houses: A lifestyle in Bangalore

The uber luxury segment, those above the Rs. 10 crore budget in Bangalore, do not just provide smart homes, they provide access to a privileged life style altogether.

When Dinesh Nair, a US-based techie, was looking for a property in Bangalore in India, he sought the villa in a gated community that offered the right neighbourhood, facilities and lifestyle features that he was used to globally. He is no exception.

This is where players like the Prestige Group, Sobha Developers, RMZ, Concord and Embassy Group gain in their super luxury segment. These large developers are able to plan commercial, retail, hospitality and SEZs projects alongside or within a five to six km distance. This, in turn, helps in developing the value of the residential sector.
